I would like to see Ticket attachments, but no icon is visible: when i see the properties of the missing image i found this info:
An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.
In the log I find this:
membership credential verification failed!

(solved via email directly. Problem most likely a missing permission on file system).

Hi, I am still only using rarely the help desk for testing purposes but have the same problem: I cannot see the attachment. I have the following cases: Case 1 I have created a user called HelpDesk and cannnot download or view the attachment uploaded by a user. I have also tried to upload an attachment with the helpdesk user and still I cannot view it. Case 2 HelpDesk uploads a file and cannot see the download link. If I login with the user credentials and select the ticket the user does,'t see the download link either Case 3 User uploads a ticket but cannot see download link Basically, regardless who uploads the file, if I'm not logged in as admin I cannot see the download link! Please help. PS - Is there a way to send with the email notification also a copy of the attachment?
